Villa Liana is a modern holiday home located in a quiet area in Nisaki, Corfu, with air conditioning, a private swimming pool and a magnificent views from the bay of Ipsos all the way to the South Ionian Sea and the coasts of Greek Mainland. This lovely villa is very close to local amenities and offers great sunbathing and outdoors facilities in a spectacular location. Leana can accommodate a family or group of up to 6 people in two bedrooms and lounge sofas. Layout The house is set in two levels and the outside gate leads to a private parking lot next to the main entrance, on the ground floor. This entrance door opens into an open plan modern space, which consists of a sitting and dining area with adjacent fully equipped kitchen. The air-conditioned living room is at the end of this space, with comfy sofas, which can accommodate two people and large patio doors that open out onto the lovely front balcony with the magnificent view of Ipsos Bay, all the way up to Greek Mainland's coasts. Next to it is set a family shower room with washing machine and a side door which leads to the pool terrace. The interior staircase lands on a small hallway, in the upper level. This part of the house consists of a modern bathroom, which is shared in between the two bedrooms. One of them is a double and the second is a twin, both with private balconies, equipped with private sitting facilities and offering amazing views. Pool and Terraces The infinity pool is placed at the back of this charming house and it is surrounded by large sunny terraces with views over the bay and the open Ionian Sea. Sun loungers, side shower and sitting facilities are available around the pool, for anyone who would wish to spend the day indoors sunbathing, rather walking down the path to Nisaki local beaches. The Location Villa Leana is located in a small neighbourhood of Nisaki, close to Corfu Residence Hotel, just a few steps away from a supermarket and the Local Bus stop. The views offered are stunning and the short proximity to the surrounding small beaches make it an ideal place to stay, for anyone seeking a relaxing holiday away from it all, but also so close to them.
