In the immediate vicinity of the city of Rijeka, in the smaller town of Kostrena are located these luxury apartments (CKA281, CKA282, CKA283, CKA284, CKA285, CKA286) with a shared swimming pool. The apartments are located in a semi-detached house and there are three apartments (CKA281-283) on one house number and the other three (CKA284-286) on another house number. The large swimming pool and spacious sundeck are shared with five more suites, and each suite has its own separate terrace with barbecue by the pool to prepare your favorite meals. The apartment CKA286 has its own terrace with its own whirlpool. All three apartments have a parking space in the garage. For the youngest guests, there is a shared playroom in the basement and a playground. The garage and playroom are connected to the apartments by internal communication.
