A Perfect Holiday Home and the ideal Location

Sandy's Place was built 6 years ago with safety and comfort in mind. It was then thoughtfully and very tastefully furnished to ensure a perfect and relaxing stay then splashes of colour and artwork added for a luxurious yet charming feel. Agnes Banks is a charming and peaceful suburb dating back to the early 1800's. It is centrally located to all parts of Hawkesbury and is a 'short and easy' run to Richmond and Penrith. Although shops, restaurants, cafes, Polo, RAAF Base and Uni. are only five-minutes drive away, the area and home feels peaceful and secluded Sandy's Place is a modern, comfortable, fully self contained 2 bedroom home with 3 beds and a sofa bed and has all the comforts of home. It does not pretend to be a five-star hotel. I let my Reviews tell the story Comfortably/Preferably sleeps 4 people but can accommodate up to 6 guests I'm sure we are all being very cautious at these uncertain times so I would prefer guests to be double vaccinated as I am If you enjoy peace and quiet and the only sounds you hear in the morning are the birds then this is the place for you. Agnes Banks will never built out, it is a small village surrounded by 18 km of native bush land. Take an early morning stroll then head back where the nespresso coffee machine awaits and a fully equipped kitchen or a short drive away is a selection of great cafes to indulge in a delicious breakfast Both bedrooms have very comfortable and cosy beds with ceiling fans and black-out curtains to add that extra comfort on those hot or cold days. Bed linen, towels and dressing gowns are also provided. And a sofa bed in the lounge room Reverse cycle air conditioning is also included The lovely Master Bedroom has it's own private space with an armchair, television, deluxe queen size bed with quality linens and bath robes. It is great for sightseeing, bush walking and many other tourist attractions. Who wouldn't love to ride on the back of a Harley Davidson and sightsee around the Blue Mountains. Larger bikes available for the family. What a wonderful experience. See 'Wild Ride Australia' they are excellent and are local. Or have a look at Adrenaline they have 2,500 Adventures so they have something for everyone. It is a very scenic and easy drive down Castlereagh Road to Penrith It is private and separate from the main house. Guests are welcomed upon arrival then left to relax in their own space. I live on the property in a separate house, with 2 medium sized dogs, so able to assist you as much or as little as you require. House Rules It is advisable to get travel insurance incase of cancellation I smoked for many years, so have no problem with it, but please, It is 'Strictly No Smoking' inside Home and no illegal substances. I don't like the smell and the damage it does to walls and furniture etc. Please consider future guests and your Host DISCLOSURE: There is a 'Ring' doorbell on the guest gate and street camera. There are NO cameras inside or outside of the property Only guests that are booked in are allowed to stay. NO loud noise or parties. Quiet time on or before 10pm Photo ID is required before check-in (Not a group photo).
