The garden of the house allows Guests to have a private and relaxing space and makes this holiday apartment ideal for families and group of friends wishing to spend their holidays fully enjoying the seaside and the sun. It is composed of a beautiful living room with direct access to the balcony, a kitchen and three bedrooms, two of which with double beds and one with twin beds, three bathrooms. The relaxing garden is equipped with a barbecue and a lovely pergola with table and chairs in private use of the guests, for unforgettable aperitifs and dinners. The renowned beaches of Balzi Rossi, famous for their pristine landscape and the crystal-clear water are only ten minutes drive away. Your accommodation is located 200 m walk from the marina of Ventimiglia. Distances from the most renowned towns of the Riviera and of the Côte d’Azur: San Lorenzo al Mare (km 51), where Europe’s longest cycle lane starts, Sanremo (Km 21), Bordighera (km 8), the principality of Seborga (Km 19), the Medieval hamlets of Dolceacqua (Km 13) and Apricale (Km 19), famous for the Rossese wine production, the botanic gardens of Villa Hanbury a Grimaldi (Km 9), and the closest French towns, among which Mentone (Km 11), Montecarlo (Km 27), Nice (km 41) and Cannes (km 77). Arrivals are possible only between 16-20 h. Late arrivals are not possible. Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person or bring their own.
