Fantastic Mallorcan house with beautiful garden and pool. The property is located in a quiet area of Santa Margalida, in a relaxed atmosphere, but very close to everything you need and only a few minutes drive from the best beaches of Mallorca. It can accommodate up to 4 people, there are 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with two single beds). On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and the living room. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Beautiful outdoor area with a large terrace and garden, swimming pool and barbecue, where you can enjoy pleasant meals with family or friends. - Tourist tax: 2,20 € per person (16 years or older) and night until the eighth night, then 1,10 €. From November to April 0,55 € and 0,27 € respectively. - Deposit 300,00 €.
