Jakarah Beach House with ocean views

We our 2018 South Australian Finalist for Holiday Rental Awards in the pet friendly category! Feel the thunder of the waves from Boomer, smell the sea air and enjoy the stunning views from this luxurious 2 storey beach house. This well maintained four bedroom home has amazing views and is a 2 minute walk to Boomer Beach, 5 minutes to Horseshoe Bay and close walking distance to the cafes and hotels. A perfect home for holidays, weekends or some time away. WiFi and a Fetch Movie package is available for guests to utilise. Wonderful coastline to visit, walk, ride or view from either the rear or the front decking. Both levels include air conditioning systems in lounge/entertaining areas and ceiling fans are located in each bedroom. We love the fact the house has space and there are NO bunks in the house. (Always a negative to me) Downstairs consists of a fully equipped laundry, main bathroom, lounge area with TV/DVD/CD facilities and two bedrooms (B3 Queen Bed, B4 3 king singles and a roll out single bed). Upstairs comprises of the master suite Bedroom 1(Queen Bed) with WIR, ensuite and private decking/balcony. Bedroom 2 double bedroom (Queen Bed) with a main bathroom. A stunning open plan kitchen, living and dining area which opens out onto a generous front decking which includes a large table (seats 10) and a BBQ. Perfect for entertaining, sipping a wine or cracking a beer and watching the sunset. Kitchen and pantry are completed with basic cooking utensils, stove & whitegoods as well as ample crockery and glasses for 10 people, giving you the choice to cook if you so desire. We are family friendly. The stairwell has been fitted with child proof lockable gates and a cot and high chair are also available. In 2020 we built an outdoor games room which houses a large pool table. This allows more areas to relax and enjoy a well earned rest. Smell the sea, hear the waves and relax. We are pet friendly however have a restriction to 2 DOGS ONLY. The house has enclosed fencing and a medium size outdoor area, a dog bed, water /food bowls. A lovely location, stunning views and close to the beautiful coastline with both walkways and bike tracks from Boomer to Horseshoe Bay.
