## Space A new and stylish 40 sqm studio apartment, with a spacious kitchenette fully equipped for cooking (plus microwave, coffee machine, kettle). The apartment has a full bathroom with a shower, the living room has the main bed and a second bed that can be set if requested. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, the heating system is independent and completely adjustable by you for your full comfort. Free WiFi ## Access The whole apartment is completely at the disposal of our guests. ## Interaction We are always available for any need, even just for tips or to plan a tour around. We have a travel agency with an office a few meters from the apartment so I am always easily available. ## Neighborhood The district is one of the oldest and most characteristic of the city, along the slope that leads to the top of the hill overlooking Verona. Already inhabited since prehistoric times, it was developed by the Roman domination first, then Lombard, then Venetian, Austrian. There are clear signs of all the dominations, starting from the nearby Roman theater and the ancient church of San Giovanni in Valle (one of the few Romanesque remains after the great earthquake of 1117) with the ancient Arian crypt built by the Longobards in antithesis to the Catholic churches below . Close to the apartment there is also a beautiful public park, well-kept by the neighborhood association. You can go up to Castel San Pietro, from which you can admire Verona, or go down and in two minutes you can admire Ponte Pietra, the ancient bridge which was the northern gateway to the heart of the city. ## Transit The nearest parking lots (on payment) outside the ZTL are in Via Ponte Pignolo 6 and Via Paradiso 13 / A. Cost about € 15 / day. A free parking is in Via Madonna del Terraglio 18.
