There are five bedrooms two are master bedrooms with ensuites and three other bedrooms, main bathroom and powder room. Upper level living space includes the living room, dining room, modern fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom, powder room and covered deck. Middle level includes a TV lounge with access to the heated pool and covered deck along with the second master bedroom, three other bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet. Queen fold out couch is in the TV lounge room. Ground level has two car garage, laundry and access to the fully fenced garden. The bi-fold doors open completely so that the kitchen flows onto the covered deck with the outdoor dining table and BBQ. ENTERTAINMENT AND LIVING AREAS Upper level open plan living, dining and outdoor entertainment deck has the most incredible views north up the coast to Noosa and to the west for beautiful sunsets over the hinterland. The floor to ceiling glass doors fold back so the living dining and kitchen flow onto the deck. The panoramic views can be enjoyed from everywhere in this space. The deck has a small weber style BBQ and outdoor dining table and two sun lounges. Large 55” smart TV for those who can drag themselves away from the views. Middle level living space is a more cosy affair with a 55” smart TV and bookcase full of books and a few games. There is also a small office desk for those who may need to study or work. The chaise lounge converts to a queen bed if required.
