Wonderful 2-bedroom beachfront penthouse apartment with beautiful terrace (protected from levante wind) and an amazing ocean and beach view of the Atlantic Ocean and Morocco. Top of the building, windows in all directions, overlooking Los Lances beach. Superbly located in front of the beach, with beach bars & cafés just around the corner and a 5 min walk into old town. Living room leading onto the terrace overlooking the beach. Living room has a comfy fold-out sofa bed for up to 2 people. The Community The apartment complex has a private pool for residents (one of the nicest in Tarifa, open June to Sept). Perfect for families/children or just for relaxing. There is a big public car parking at the back of the building, as well as in front of the building, by the beach. The Surroundings There is a great selection of restaurants/cafes just around the corner, 3 min walk. In a 5-10 min walk you will reach the authentic old town (casco antiguo) where you will find shops, bars, restaurants and a vibrant Spanish nightlife. Several supermarkets are conveniently located within 3-4 min walking distance.
