LUXURY WHITE VILLA OCEAN VIEW HEATED POOL: Wonderful villa in El Madroñal, just minutes from the famous beaches of Costa Adeje and close to all amenities.Furnished with taste and elegance is an oasis of peace in the heart of the south coast of Tenerife and 20 km from Tenerife South Airport. The villa is very bright surrounded by huge windows and with the sea view from almost every window. Private swimming pool heated with hydromassage, Table Tennis, Barbecue. There is a 70 sqm garage with little gym end a table football. Unique and exclusive villa with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms located on two levels for maximum 9 people. You enter through an elegant staircase and on the ground floor there is a large living room with fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher,microwave, coffee machine, juicer, kettle,oven and all that you need to cook. It is surrounded by stained glass windows overlooking the garden, the pool heated with hydromassage area and outside shower overlooking the sea. Always on the ground floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. With an internal staircase you reach the first floor where you will find the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom complete with bathtub with panoramic sea views. On the same floor there are 2 double bedrooms and a third bathroom with double shower. Surrounded by a terrace with barbecue. Complete of the alarm system property and air conditioning in living room. Included bed linen, towels and beach towels. For check in after 10.30 pm there is a extra of 20 euros to pay at the arrival. For the lost of keys there is an extra of 100 euro for the change of lock. In case of loss of the remote control, the amount charged will be € 60.00. Every Monday and Thursday, one of our staff will be in charge of cleaning and maintaining the swimming pool / garden. Available for every need and advice. You can walk to several bars, small supermarket, restaurant, greengrocer, hairdresser, veterinarian, butcher. To go to the beach it is recommended to rent a car and in 2 km you reach the beach of Duque or Fañabe. At 800 m you will find the Gransur Shopping Center with shops, restaurants and cinemas. IMPORTANT: We work with the best laundry on the island, all OUR LINEN is treated with oxygen, SANITIZED and checked by the laboratories.
