###**_Spend your ski holidays in a fully equipped studio located at the ground floor of the residence Altaïr, 30 meters away from the slopes._** It is not necessary to ask us if the studio is available. If you can see it online, it means it is available. ###LAYOUT AND ACCOMMODATION CAPACITY This studio's layout is unusual because of the number of people who can sleep in it. This 30m² accommodation can accommodate up to 9 people but be careful of comfort. **We advise you to be 4 or 5 people MAXIMUM if you wish to keep a minimum of personal space.** The studio is organized as follows : * Alcove with triple bunk beds (so this is not a real bedroom) * Living room with : * 2 x truckle beds (each one forming at your choice 1 double bed or 2 single beds) * 1 mezzanine with double bed Many travelers spend the entire day on the slopes and only sleep in the accommodation. Therefore, comfort is less important for them : they prefer being numerous and pay less. We put 9 beds in this studio so that families or groups with a small budget can still enjoy ski holidays in a nice place. _So, if you are 9 and that you think about booking this studio, please think well about the importance of comfort for you._ ###YOUR ADVANTAGES BY BOOKING WITH US ####1/ Optional bed linen and towels if needed for you. We can provide them for 11 € per single sheet kit, 14 € per double sheet kit, 5 € for a large towel and 8 € for a towel kit (one large and two small towels). You can of course also bring your own bed linen and towels if you do not want to pay anything extra. ####2/ Service _cleaning_ at your choice. We know that, when you are on holiday, cleaning is rarely your favorite activity and that's why we propose it to you in option at 55€ by stay. Be careful, even if you pay for the cleaning, you must : * Take the trash out and sort it correctly in the big bins of the resort located next to each residence. * Do the washing-up (clean, dry up and put away the dishes at their place in the cupboards). * Empty the dishwasher. * Leave the kitchen area clean. * Put back the furniture at its place. If we didn't ask this little help from you, the service _cleaning_ would be much more expensive. So, we expect from you to leave your studio in a proper state after your stay. ####3/ Ski passes and ski equipment : enjoy an "_all-inclusive package_" ! **You can include your ski passes in your studio rental :** - They will be proposed to you after your booking. - At your arrival, you will just have to collect them at the checkout. - You will avoid the queue at the ticket office ! - You can also rent your ski equipment in advance with us. You can thus enjoy an "_all-inclusive package_" and arrive with peace of mind in Risoul 1850 ! ####4/ We allow our guests to book _already from one night_ ! We noticed that many of our travelers desire to come to ski for only 2 or 3 days, often for a weekend. With us, you don't have to book an entire week from Saturday to Saturday like you have to in many rental agencies. ####5/ We have optimized the space in our apartments to put many beds, by favouring _the comfort of every guest_. One of our particularity is to make it possible for families or groups of friends to gather in one and only studio/apartment, by desire to be all together or for financial reason. ####6/ We've been working in Risoul 1850 resort for many years and we benefit from advantages that we wish to share with you. On top of being able to book in advance your ski passes, ESF ski classes and ski equipment rental, you will enjoy some discounts in some of the best restaurants of the resort as well as in other shops and service providers. ####7/ You will spend an enjoyable ski holiday stay in a _modern and cosy_ studio. We are convinced that you will enjoy your stay there ! ###YOUR STUDIO ####1/ Characteristics - 30m² - Recommended for 4 to 5 people - Can host up to 9 people but with less comfort - 1 bathroom with toilet - Free Wifi - Patio - Modern - Optimized for ski - Electric heating - Animals are welcome ####2/ Kitchen Very functional and with everything you will need to cook delicious meals. You will have everything you need._ ###YOUR RESIDENCE **_Residence Altaïr :_** - Very well located, 5 minutes away from the resort centre. - Lift. - SKI LOCKERS in the basement (one ski locker by apartment/studio). - Departure for the slopes a few meters away from the residence. - BE CAREFUL : the residence **does NOT have a private parking**, but there are numerous free parking places very close to the residence. Or you can find a covered parking at the resort centre but you have to pay for it. - Close to the shops (only opened during winter and summer seasons). ###FURTHER INFORMATION ####1/Deposit of 300€ Before your arrival, you will have to secure a deposit of 300€. For this, we use the secured online service Swikly. By securing your deposit on Swikly, your money is not debited, nor even "blocked". Swikly simply checks that you have the necessary funds on your credit card. Your bank limit is therefore not impacted. You are also protected better. When you arrive in the apartment, you will be invited to carry out an arrival inspection on Swikly, which will act as an impartial arbiter if there is a subsequent dispute between you and us. The use of Swikly incurs a service charge of a few euros. These costs are the responsibility of our visitors for whom Swikly is much preferable than a deposit in cash or taken from a credit card. Note that we also pay fees to Swikly on our side. It is also absolutely impossible to pay the deposit other than via Swikly, neither by transfer, nor by check or cash deposit. ####2/ Arrivals and departures We know that late arrivals are frequent and that you are often very tired when you arrive, wanting only one thing : to go directly to the calm of your accommodation. That's why we created a system of **_code box_** in which you will get your keys, whatever your time of arrival, without having to queue in a rental agency when you have had a long drive to come here. **ARRIVALS : FROM 5pm** - If you want to arrive before 5pm, it is often possible, but it's a paid option. You will receive all the informations after your booking. **DEPARTURES : BEFORE 10am.** - If you want to leave the appartement later than 10am, it is often possible, but it's a paid option. You will receive all the informations after your booking. ####3/ No breakfast available. We rent apartments, we are not a hotel. ####4/ Parking spaces are hard to find in high season. We don't have a private parking. But there are free parking spots close to your residence. ####5/ No baby's cot available. You will have to bring your own or find an alternative but we will unfortunately not be able to help you on this point. ####6/ Big groups. Don't hesitate to contact us ! It is possible to combine this apartment with one or more other studios/apartments located in the same residence. ####7/ Opening and closing of the resort for the winter and summer seasons. RisoulSki offers its apartments and studios 365 days a year, even when there's no one in the resort. We are not responsible for the opening and closing dates of the ski area nor of the summer season dates. It is your responsibility to check these dates by yourself, by contacting the Tourism Office or by consulting the website of the resort. ###SEE YOU SOON ?
