There is a covered carport to park your car and your children will love playing at the large playground just around the corner. In the lounge we have a TV with DVD player. In the master bedroom there is an iPod/Iphone Docking Station. Our kitchen is fully and modernly equipped including a full sized fridge and an oven. Thank you for your kind understanding. BOND A Security Bond of $300 cash as standard procedure is payable upon arrival. The bond will be refunded within 7 days of checkout provided the property is left in the same condition as you have found it. Properties are to be left as found. Additional cleaning may incur a bond charge. Check in is from 3pm. Check out is at 10am.
