Our sparkling clean family home is perfectly located on the edge of town. Onezeroseven caters for families and adult groups. Spacious open plan living opens up onto covered verandah...perfect for entertaining! Modern conveniences including air conditioning and Carrara marble kitchen with contemporary appliances, make this your home away from home! Would you like to bring your furry friend on holiday with you? Well mannered and behaved small pets are welcome after consultation with us. Get in contact prior to confirmation of booking. Additional cost of $100 applies. Watch the sunsets and catch the breezes from one of the verandahs. Choose from three bedrooms: two bedrooms have queen beds and the third bedroom has a set of bunks and a double sofa bed. Perfect for the kids! There is also a portable cot and high chair available for infants. The master bedroom is expansive with stunning travertine floors, natural stone ensuite bathroom and walk through robe. French doors open from the other bedrooms onto the deck where you can watch the sunset. With gourmet kitchen and Carrara marble bench tops, the well equipped kitchen features gas stove and electric oven, stainless steel fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, rice cooker, sandwich press and a range of cooking utensils. Enjoy family meals around the large dining table or if cooking is not your thing, there is a plethora of cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance. We can provide recommendations and menus for eating places in town. You can relax in front of the indoor fire place on winter evenings or BBQ outside surrounded by lush greenery. Tallow Beach is a ten minute walk away. Come home from the beach and wash off in the outdoor hot shower or have a soak in the bath tub. We have recently added air conditioning in the open plan living space. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Onezeroseven is stocked with supplies to get you going including: tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towel, tissues, dishwasher tablets, cling wrap, al foil, baking paper, dishwashing liquid, laundry powder, multi purpose cleaner, disinfectant, hand sanitiser, etc. Beach towels are also included for your convenience. Please feel free to use the surfboards located on the rafters in the living area or help yourself to use the old bicycles, books, DVDs, toys and games. Located just a stones throw from the centre of town, Onezeroseven is a 20 minute flat walk to Clarkes and 15 minutes to Tallows beach....a little bit longer to Main Beach. A car is preferable if you have small children, however walking is possible. The Roadhouse Cafe and General Store are very close with great coffee and meals. This is a residential area so please be respectful of neighbours. House guests only. Other guests on specific arrangement with the host. STRICT NO PARTY POLICY. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES WHATSOEVER. NO LOUD NOISE TOLERATED AFTER 10PM. Fees and eviction can apply for security call outs (in response to the noisy neighbour hotline.) Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in loss of bond, immediate termination and loss of all payments.
