Quiet place in the pine woods

Located in the heart of Georgia, this comfortable guest house sits in a quiet country setting surrounded by tall Georgia pines. The house is convenient to I-75 and close to several local recreational and historical sites. As a separate guest house, it has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. It is handicap accessible with no steps and a special large walk-in shower. And there is plenty room for parking anything you may be pulling like a camper or boat. Sorry I am having to use the single car garage for storage and there is no room for a car. This guest house is separate from my house also on the same property. You will have lots of privacy but I am easily available for anything you may need. My office is very close to my house. I give guest my cell phone so they can easily reach me. The houses sit about 500 feet from the road, and you can't hear road noises. Sorry, no public transportation is available. There are 2 very friendly dogs that live on this property, Molly and Chance. They love attention but are not allowed inside the guest house. Our county has begun requiring taxes on all rental spaces. AirBnB recommends these taxes be added to the nightly fee. The per night charge now includes these taxes.
