You are just steps away from the water in this peaceful and relaxing lakefront home on Yankee Lake! 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms are spread out over 3 floors, making this a perfect house for a family getaway. The house has an open concept floor plan. Fully stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve delicious meals. The TV stand has toys and board games. There is a spacious new Trex deck to lounge and enjoy gorgeous lake views. Game area in the basement! Enjoy this new listing on Yankee Lake!! Close to Kartrite, Resorts World Casino, Legoland, wineries, and more!! The house has an open concept floor plan that is perfect for families. The main floor has an open kitchen, dining, and living area. You can walk out to the spacious new deck to enjoy your morning coffee or a yummy meal and gorgeous lake views. There are 2 bedrooms (1 queen and 1 double bunk beds) on the main floor and a full bath. The bunk bed room is perfect for kids! There is also a closet with a washer and drier. The upstairs loft area has a separate master bedroom with a king bed, crib, and an en-suite bath. The newly finished basement has 2 bedrooms (1 queen and 1 with two twin beds) and a bathroom with a walk in shower. The large new windows let a lot of light in and provide beautiful views of the lake. There is also a lounge/game area in the basement complete with a foosball table, poker table, dartboard, and couch. You will have the entire property to yourself throughout your stay. The lake is yours to enjoy! Relax in the Adirondack chairs, play a game of corn hole, take a kayak out on the lake, go for a bike ride, and enjoy the fire pit! Guests will have access to the entire house and outdoor area, including the lake. Readily available to answer questions! All communication must be through AirBnB. The location is amazing! We are very close to the new Kartrite water park and the new Legoland (opening in July). We are also close to Resorts World Casino. There are many restaurants in town and several wineries (our favorite is Bashakill!). Check out our guidebook for more recommendations! We have a driveway that can fit up to 5 cars. In the winter, we recommend a car with AWD/4WD.
