Shepherd House - Large home with Hot Pool and WiFi

Shepherd House is a five bedroom, three bathroom holiday house located just a short five minute walk to the lakes edge. This relaxing holiday home enjoys lake views, ample room for your group, plus a *geothermal pool! The property includes open plan living with a gas fire for cosy winter stays... or relax on the deck with peaceful surrounds and lake views! The fully fenced section is a great option for families, with a children's playhouse available and a sheltered BBQ area. Plus, the *geothermal pool is on hand for cooler evenings, and is located in a separate pool room. There are five bedrooms available. Bedroom one includes an ensuite bathroom and is fitted with a queen bed. Bedroom two also has a queen bed, bedroom three is fitted with two single beds, and bedroom four includes one single bunk set and one double bunk set. The fifth bedroom includes a king single bed and pull out King Single bed. (it also doubles as a second lounge) In addition to the ensuite, two more bathrooms complete the easy holiday set up at Shepherd House. Relax in the *geothermal pool, enjoy BBQ's in the private garden, or head out to the lake... Everything you need for a laid back family getaway is on hand. *Linen not included, hire is available for $15.00 per person. Please ensure this is selected when you make your request or mentioned in the notes. Special conditions: Strictly no parties, a few quiet drinks is fine but you must be respectful of the property and its neighbours.This is a family home in a quiet residential area, not suitable for large groups of adults. Disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. When making a request please ensure you have read the listing details and house rules carefully for suitability. This is a family home in a quiet cul-de-sac, large groups of more than 8 adults will not be accepted. *This home has a thermal pool that is left empty so you will need to fill if you intend to use, children must be supervised at all times. Do not put your head under the water.The pool is not suitable for small children. **This property is pet friendly, maximum of 1 small to medium dog. Please be respectful of the neighbors and their pets at all times. The property is not fully fenced and pets are not to be left unattended at the property. Let us know in the comments section of your booking if you are intending to bring a dog. Notes from the owners: NOTE THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. The home is located a quiet, upmarket residential area. The neighbors will quickly contact noise control and contact the owners. NOTE WE HAVE A ZERO TOLERANCE TO P OR METH IN THIS HOUSE This property is monitored by METHSMINDER 24/7 through the Vodaphone. The monitoring company will respond if meth is detected.
