This delightful three bedroom holiday home is situated on the hillside, above Theoule sur Mer. It has been tastefully furnished and is well-equipped for a relaxing holiday. It includes a small, 20m² garden and a 50m² terrace, which benefits from stunning sea views. The property is nestled within large, shared grounds that cover over 1300m² in size and is situated close to the hiking trails of the Estérel Massif. The shared grounds include a communal swimming pool and tennis court. Théoule sur Mer is a charming resort with a pretty marina, shops, restaurants, a train station and small, sandy beaches. It may be hard to tear yourself away from the enchanting resort, however the iconic cities within the French Riviera are well worth a visit. Cannes is less than 13km away: be sure to enjoy a stroll along the Boulevard de la Croisette or visit Nice and its renowned Promenade des Anglais. You may wish to spend a day in glamorous Monaco or browse the perfumeries in Grasse. Alternatively, enjoy a relaxing drive along the stunning coastal road to Sainte Maxime and stop off for a beverage in the lovely resorts of Saint Raphael or Frejus, before hopping on a ferry to Saint Tropez.
