Room 2 in a clean house for a good night's rest.

Nothing fancy. This room is one of four rooms in my 5-bedroom home shared by upto 6 persons. I live in this home. Most suitable for CLEAN, HYGIENIC and quiet guests. Absolutely NO OUTSIDE SHOES in the home. Microwave oven in the kitchen is available , 24/7. No oven or stove cooking. Shower only in bathroom which is NOT cleaned after EVERY guest. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE WATER. Please have short showers. Basic breakfast,is self-served. Parking is on street and not on driveway of the garage. This is a clean house with very basic furniture. It is close to public transport (three bus stops to down town Davis and UC Davis campus can be reached in less than a minute on feet!). 18-hole golf course across the park by the house. Plenty of safe foot and bicycle paths Guests will enter and leave the house through the main and only door. Backyard is not available for guest unless invited by hosts. Its is relatively quiet residential area with 18-hole golf course. 5 miles from downtown and UC Davis Campus. Buses to downtown, UC Davis Campus and Sacramento Airport are available outside the house! A common area is available if guests decide to stay for more than a day.
