A secluded, private and quiet ground floor apartment with a non obstructed view of Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine. Built in 2019, with everything you need to make your stay a memorable one. 10 minutes away from North Hatley and its beautiful lake, nature and restaurents, five minutes from the highway and 10 from downtown. You also have acces to nature paths right from the house. Huge windows facing the south view, heating floors and all brand new commodities. You will love the open space, the confortable bed and the well sound insulated walls and ceiling making you feel alone on the top of the mountain. A private side entrance give you acces to this one bedroom apartment with a brand new bathroom and a separate laundry room. Also have a separate room with a work desk. You also have an outdoor patio. We are on site if you need anything, you can call or text us anytime. A beautiful area 10 minutes from the massawippi lake and North Hatley’ restaurants. Nature path at a walking distance and acces to paths on our land in the maple forest, so beautiful all year(winter snowshoing!) and the beautiful falls colors. To get to our place take the exit for sherbrooke, the 410. Take the Dunant exit to the right, then make a left to Bel Horizon road. Make a right to Albert mine road, follow it for 4 km. Make a left at the dead end of Rodgers road, at the end of it you will make a right and follow our 1/2 km entrance to the top of the mountain. Your parking is at the right side of the house, take the outdoor wood stairway to get to your unlocked door.
