The villa can comfortably house 6 people with no less than 140 m2 of delightful living area, 3 bedrooms, as well as a very spacious covered terrace. Ideal for a delicious breakfast in the morning and a tasty barbecue in the evening. In 2 minutes you can walk to the Villa Park’s private beach on Lake Wörth, where you will find a large lawn, a dock and new beach furniture. Excellent sport facilities are within short reach of the villa, including tennis, sailing, surfing, water skiing, cycling etc. There is also a selection of 18-hole golf courses in the area. In winter, this villa makes an ideal base for excursions to various ski areas, such as Nassfeld, the Gerlitzen, Bad Kleinkirchheim and the Turrach. Guests can follow the lovely lakeside promenade to the centre of Velden, just a 15-minute walk away. Here there are many good restaurants and bars, as well as the renowned Casino Velden. This villa truly has something for everyone! Guests can even charge their electric or hybrid cars for an additional fee. The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures.
