The Space: A modern cozy penthouse with incredible view to the city center. It features a spacious single space with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, a king size bed, a large couch and a modern and comfortable bathroom with a shower. The lodging includes also an electic convector to warm our guest during winter months. There is also a working space, with all the necessary you might need: high speed printer, stationery etc. In the property, you will find childern toys, childern's dinnerware, childern's books etc. In the spacious terrace you will spend calm moments enjoying your favorite drink with magnificent urban view, or relax in the outdoor bathtub. A play pen is available (upon request)! An ideal choice for all seasons of the year. Guest Access: Guests will have full access to all the areas of the house. The Neighborhood: The house is at a central location, within a short walking distance to shops, the city’s central square (250m), the historical center of the city and 20min on foot from the long beach. The space is located in the commercial center, close to bakeries, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and the historic city center. The distance from the museums of the historical center is 600m, just 800 meters from the Venetian castle of the city and 750m from the municipal railway park (Open train museum). Getting Around: Inside the city you can easily move on foot, by bicycle or bus. The city bus stop is only 200 meters from the house. The central bus station is located 1,3 km. The parking is free in the streets around the studio while the large municipal parking is 400 meters. The international airport of Kalamata is 8.3km from the studio and there is frequent bus service that connects it to the city. Other Things to Note: Amazing starting point to explore the city.
