The property is located on a quiet street very close to the centre of Harrogate, just off the beautiful Harrogate Stray, being a 10 minute walk to bars and restaurants and shops, including all the main attractions such as Betty’s tea rooms, The Royal Hall, Valley Gardens, Harrogate Stray, Montpellier Quarter, Royal Pump Room Museum, Turkish Baths and Conference Centre. Sainsbury's Local supermarket is just round the corner on Cold Bath Road as well as cafe's, bakery, laundrette and chemist. This lower ground apartment is located in a beautiful Victorian House. The apartment is self-contained with it's own access separate from the main house, which is reached via a gentle sloping path with no steps. Lounge/Diner: Dining table, sofa, rug, flat screen TV with SKY Q including Sky Sports and Sky Box Sets packages, and DVD player. Kitchen is fully equipped with all you could need for self-catering, including dishwasher and washing machine. The bedroom area is open to the lounge with a king-size bed, side tables and lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and mirror. All bed linen is high quality high count cotton. The bathroom has a cubicle shower, wash basin and toilet, large mirror, and heated towel rail. All towels provided. Gas central heating control is in the apartment - please use as required. There is usually plenty of free parking available on our street. There is also free off-street parking for one car available on the house driveway. No pets. No parties, No events.
