The house is located on the same floor and consists of 2 rooms (one double room and the other with a bunk bed and a single bed), a large and comfortable dining room, a bathroom (with hairdryer) and a patio. The terrace / patio is a very nice place, very cool in summer thanks to its good location, an area where you can enjoy the quiet evening evenings full of peace and tranquility. It also has a great barbecue to make meals in the company of family and friends. The house is located very close to the beach and in the surroundings there are parks for children, shops, restaurants, entertainment venues... and free pkg so near The apartment will be rented entirely for you and is not shared with other people. Especially from 10pm until 8am, since it is totally forbidden to speak loudly, make noise... - It is forbidden for someone who is not in the reservation to sleep or use the apartment - Parties are totally prohibited. - If you lose the keys: € 50 - Before leaving, leave the dishes washed and keep the house tidy. - No candles or any other type of objects that could cause a fire in the house should be left. - The towels that are provided are for the shower, they are not beach towels or to clean shoes ..., so please do not use them for that purpose. Each damaged towel will be charged € 5 / small and € 10 / large. CONDITIONS FOR LONG STAY: For stays of more than 3 weeks check prices (special offers). Please note that we charge the expenses to part (water, electricity, gas ...). Each month we will provide you with the invoices of the consumptions and you will have to pay it.
