The holiday home is reachable by stairs and introduced by a 200-square-meter garden that frames it, which is partly paved and equipped with outdoor furniture and barbecue, flowerbeds, trees and plants. The holiday home has 3 entrances. The main entrance opens into a large living room with dining area for 13 guests, fireplace, tv and air conditioning. There is the kitchen with hob, fridge, dishwasher, hood, electric oven and access to the garden. Moreover, there is a bathroom with shower but without bidet. The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms, 1 triple bedroom with double bed and single bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, 1 twin bedroom with a queen size bed and a single bed. In the corridor there are two air conditioner and the access to the garden and a double bedroom with fireplace, air conditioning and ensuite bathroom with shower. With its beautiful medieval old town centre, the small harbor, the many commercial activities, Castro is ideal for a holiday by the sea, near the beautiful beaches of Otranto, but also Santa Cesarea Terme and Porto Badisco. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 150 to pay upon arrival. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit. - 2 bathrooms without bidet. - Air conditioning in the corridor, in the dining room and in the double bedroom.
