If you are looking for a single room, please see our other listings. We do live in the home, but we do travel a lot and spend most weekends at our camper so the house is usually empty. Unique open floor plan, but yet plenty of areas if you desire some privacy. Backyard was designed for entertaining with outdoor bar, tv's, outdoor speakers, hot tub, gazebo and fire pit. Inside of house has large living room with big screen tv and a WII game console, poker table, and pool table. Guests will have access to most of the house with the exception of the basement level, which is where our bedroom is. Guests may not park in the driveway other than to load and unload. Parking is available across the street on Jonquil Street. No parking is allowed on the street in front of the house. We are 2 empty nester's. Kids are grown and gone as well as the pets. We have a large home, and aren't home much. We can be gracious hosts, but if you prefer hanging out with a little quite time, we can accommodate that as well. Pretty quite residential neighborhood located in the North Metro Suburbs of Minneapolis. Within a 2-5 mile radius of public transportation and the light rail. 23 miles to downtown Minneapolis, US Bank Stadium, Target Field. 30 miles to Mall of America. Plenty of restaurants, bars, shopping, & golf within a 5 mile radius. Easy and close access to major highways We are more than happy to share the place and all it has to offer, but do ask that you respect it and treat it as if it were your own.
