All the rooms of the villa have a view of the sea. The villa contains a heated 45-sq.m indoor pool with large sliding bay windows that look out over the tree-filled garden. A glass-walled gym with a weight bench and treadmill looks over the main room and the indoor pool. The large and bright 200-sq.m living area has a lounge, a dining room, a fully-equipped modern kitchen, and a large bar. Kitchen amenities include double-door fridge, wine storage, oven, microwave, two dishwashers, and induction hob. The terrace around the bay windows has a table, garden furniture and barbecue. Each of the four double bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. Separate bathrooms and WC are also available. The lounge contains a big-screen TV and a sofa bed for two. The laundry room is equipped with a washer dryer. Sheets and towels are provided. A cleaning lady usually comes around mid-week for two hours.
