This totally refurbished unit has two bedrooms, with a terrace west facing in a quiet area of the complex. Enjoy great views over the green and fairways of the ninth hole on the north golf course. You can also enjoy wonderful views from the large kitchen corner windows. The living area has air conditioning for those warm summer nights. Complete with internet and satellite TV, you're sure to enjoy your stay in Tenerife when you are here. San Andres Resort has three pools, one that is heated and a children’s pool. The sundeck has chairs and umbrellas for your use. The San Andres Resort is the perfect complex to provide the best and most effective social distancing. Layout - Bedroom number one, has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps. Also, for your convenience the master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom that has a walk-in shower, sink vanity and WC. The second bedroom has a single bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and a window with shutters. The second bathroom is fully equipped with a walk-in shower, sink basin and WC. The living area has a comfortable sofa, coffee table, breakfast bar, TV, and doors leading to the terrace with views over the golf course, and of course our beautiful sunsets! Pay as you go air conditioning makes this unit very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need for you holiday. Including a refrigerator and freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric hob with an oven as well as a washing machine and dishwasher. The terrace has a table and chairs and 2 sunbeds. Sunbed area has Western exposure to enjoy the afternoon sun and splendid sunsets.
