Welcome to your home away from home! This is a luxury EN-SUITE private bedroom in a two bed property nestled in the edge of Leeds providing the perfect retreat for couples and adults. Recently fully renovated, providing your own sanctuary within a secure quiet space. It is modern, light and full of character. Just a 1 minute stroll to independent shops, restaurants and cafés and a quick 5 minute taxi ride to Leeds City Centre. DOUBLE BED, FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN, NETFLIX, FREE PARKING. The space: This en-suite private bedroom is a stones throw away from St James' Hospital and is located in the vibrant area of Harehills. Free Wi-Fi AND on-street parking is included as well. It is less than a 5 minutes taxi ride to the main attractions in Leeds City Centre. The bedroom features Smart flat-screen TV’s with Netflix and there is a fully equipped kitchen with facilities such as a washing machine, oven, hobs, fridge/ freezer and a microwave. Tea, coffee and sugar are provided, as well as bed linen, towels and hairdryer. Guest access: Guests can make entire use of the small garden which is just outside the property. Whether it's just for a cigarette or to get some fresh air feel free to use it whenever needed. It is solely yours for the duration of your stay with us Interaction with guests: I am very responsive to guests. I usually respond no later than 5/10 minutes after receiving a message and I am always there for any problems encountered (rarely) and any requirements!
