The apartment has windows in all rooms facing Svartmangatan and the German church. The apartment has a cozy feeling, is tastefully decorated with exclusive furniture and has a solid wood floor. There is a separate bedroom, a spacious dining area, a living room with a bed sofa and a spacious kitchen and a tiled bathroom with shower and WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, freezer, fridge and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine so guests can wash clothes during their stay. Guest Access: The apartment is an exclusive stay for you as a guest. The Neighborhood: The apartment is nicely situated on the calm street Svartmangatan (just across the street from German Church) only a few meters away from the vibrant shopping street Stora Nygatan and Stortorget with the Nobel Museum. In the Old Town you have a lot of beautiful, narrow streets with fun shops and restaurants to explore. The apartment is located close to the waterfront, so a short walk will take you to boats you can jump on in order to explore the city by water. The Old Town truly is in the heart of Stockholm, and from here you can easily visit every part of the city - whether it is the luxurious Östermalm, or hip Södermalm. Getting Around: The apartment is situated a 5 minutes walk from the metro station "Gamla stan" (Old town). Gamla stan is situated in the heart of Stockholm with close connections to the rest of Stockholm: one stop south you end up at Södermalm, one stop north you hit the city central and Norrmalm and two stops north and you are at Östermalmstorg and Östermalm. Other Things to Note: With respect to neighbors and families in the building, there is a strict policy that no parties/events or smoking is allowed. The walls are thin, so no loud music/noise allowed after 22.00 and only confirmed guests are allowed in the apartment. In the unfortunate event of misconduct, the booking can be canceled so please respect the home and neighbors.
