The house is built in Istrian style and has rustic furnishings. On the ground floor, there is a tavern with an indoor fireplace and kitchen. On the first floor, there is a living area with a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. The second floor has two living areas - one with a kitchen and a bedroom and another with a kitchenette and a bathroom. The loft with sleeping arrangements can be accessed via a very steep staircase and hence is not suitable for small children. The minimum ceiling height is 1.3 metres. The property has a small lake and many caves that can be explored. It also has an outdoor swimming pool, ideal for refreshment during hot summer days.
