Relaxed living areas include a light, airy and comfortable family room with leather sofas, quiet reading nooks, wood-burning fire and reverse cycle air-conditioning, making Lynden House an all-season sanctuary. Internet and Foxtel are included. Indoor and alfresco dining spaces, sun-drenched decks are complemented by a gas BBQ overlooking the pool & the winery vistas. Thought has gone into a dedicated secure Cyclist hub/storage space for bike enthusiasts. Being off grid, featuring solar energy, pure rainwater capture and composting options, a 7-minute walk to Red Hill Cellar & Pantry, Epicurean & Merricks walking trail. Within a short drive are the heart of cuisine and wine establishments. Polperro, Montalto, Port Phillip Estate, Main Ridge Estate as well as the Peninsula's spectacular coastal beaches including Pt Leo, Shoreham, Merricks in addition to spectacular coastal scenery.
