The apartment is located in the historic center of Perugia and is part of the ancient Palazzo Coppoli (one of the most important families of Perugia of the twelfth century), located in the upper part of Via Ulisse Rocchi and very close to Piazza IV Novembre, Fontana Maggiore, to the Etruscan Arch and to the University for Foreigners. The 70s style apartment is located on the 4th floor of the building (no elevator) and can accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment, about 110 square meters, consists of a large double bedroom with bathroom (without shower) and external balcony, a double bedroom, a large single bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, dining room and living room with small terrace. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob and is equipped with crockery. In the main bathroom there is a washing machine while in the living room there is an LCD TV. The Old Town is the oldest district of the city of Perugia and the apartment is very close to the main and most important historical monuments of the city such as: University for Foreigners (80 m.) Fontana Maggiore (80 m.) Arco Etrusco (50 m.) Rocca Paolina (250 m.) Etruscan well (50 m.) Arco dei Gigli (200 m.) Arch of Sant'Ercolano (200 m.) Torre degli Sciri (200 m.) Palazzo dei Priori (80 m.) The historic center of Perugia is equipped with many transport services: south of the center at Piazza D'armi we find the bus station that connects Perugia with the main cities of Umbria and Italy. The Fontivegge train station is located just across the border from the city center and can be easily reached by a regular bus service connecting Piazza Italia with the station itself. In the Pincetto area there is the Minimetrò terminus, an automatic rail transport system with cable traction that extends along a single line for a total length of 4 km. It connects the western outskirts of the city with the historic center, interchanging with the railway at the Fontivegge station. For access to the historic center, there are also three escalator systems.
