Mandurah Overlooking The Marina

This home is well located overlooking the Mandurah Marina and close to beautiful local beaches. Free Wifi - you can also visit the many restaurants, hotels and cafes at the Marina and the foreshore. It is only a short walk to the Movie Theatre and the local Performing Arts Centre. Relax in the sun room with a book, take in the water views, or go crabbing at your back door for our famous Blue Manna Crabs. You can see our local dolphins in the bay, kayak supplied by owner if you wish to have a closer look at them. Main house has 3 bedrooms with a Queen and 2 single beds in the other 2 and bathroom, below is another room with a table tennis table and a single bed with a trundle bed as well. There is a toilet and seperate bathroom/laundrydownstairs as well. Dishwasher and Electrolux pod machine and large BBQ recently added. Small pets with a $100 pet fee. No bed linen or towels provided but can be quoted on. $100 Cleaning fee, $500 Bond. NO LEAVERS/FUNCTIONS PERMITTED
