Vila Lavanda - Serenity and Joy (Apartment)

Welcome to Vila Lavanda, a place where local beauty and authenticity meet open-minded internationality amidst the blue Adriatic Sea and the black mountains. Vila Lavanda is certified by the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) as "safe travels" touristic accomodation during Corona Pandemic. Vila Lavanda is a newly build privately owned stone house above the Adriatic Sea with a pool, outside area for dining under the stars and a spacious garden. Vila Lavanda is located in an old Vilage at 280 m a.s.l. - Tudorovici - close to the famous Sveti Stefan, Municipality of Budva. Two independent guest apartments are available, on the first floor, each with a south-west looking balcony which offer a gorgeous view over the coast line and sea side. You will enjoy your afternoon drink with a stunning view of the breath-taking sunsets over the Adriatic Sea. I live on the ground floor. If available, both apartments can be booked together. When fully booked, a maximum 5 people, including myself, will enjoy this 1.000 sqm property. This newly equipped, carefully designed and four stars rated apartment of 50 sqm is composed of a bedroom and a living and dining room. The bedroom has a double sized bed and a wardrobe and dresser. The living and dining room is equipped with a table and four chairs, a built-in fully equipped kitchen (fridge, cooker, micro-wave, water-heater, etc.), double sized sofa-bed, TV (international and national channels), etc. Linen, towels as well as bathroom amenities are set for your comfort. WiFi is available. Air-conditioning for summer and heating devices for winter are installed in each room, incl. bathrooms. The balcony is equipped with a table, two chairs and a sunshade. The nicely designed, common pool is solar-heated (when required) and has a large area for sunbathing. Several places in the garden and yard are available for outside eating and barbecue as well as for yoga, tai-chi, dancing or meditation practices. In addition, we offer for our guests a unique event: "Dancing under the Stars" - dance and feel the joy of life! “Dancing under the stars” is not only a dance lesson in ballroom dances, but it is a memorable experience of dancing in a unique setting: at Vila Lavanda located in the small Mediterranean village Tudorovici where the sea view is gorgeous, the sunsets are breath taking and the nights full of stars. The dance event will last approximately two hours. After a welcome drink, we will start with an one-hour lesson in ballroom dances, according to your choice: 1) Classical dances: Viennese Waltz, English Waltz, Foxtrot, Ballroom Tango and Quickstep, 2) Latin dances: Samba, Rumba, Cha Cha Cha, etc. We will teach you basic footsteps and elementary rules for ballroom dancing. Afterwards we will dance and practice, just for your joy. The goal is to experience something new in dancing or improve your basic knowledge. It is a safe space, no prior dance experience is required, no need to be afraid. The purpose is simply to enjoy the movement, the music, the sea view and to meet others.
