The apartment, located on the 3rd floor with elevator, is composed of a spacious double bedroom, a living room with kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. It is ideal for a couple, but can accommodate up to 4 people because the living room sofa becomes a bed (French). The house is equipped with every comfort: bed linen and towels, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, microwave, toaster, fridge, flat-screen TV, DVD player, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, electric kettle, books and some board games. The kitchenette is equipped with all kinds of pots, dishes, glasses, cutlery and various utensils. The property in which the apartment is located is placed in a very lively business environment because it is full of shops of all kinds, restaurants, pizzerias, bars and ice-cream parlors. Private parking for exclusive use in the square in front of the property (at night it is closed by a bar). There is an access ramp for disabled people and wheelchairs, but nevertheless, if a disabled person would like to stay in my house, please get in touch with me before making a reservation. Also in the courtyard in front of the building there are 1 hairdresser, 1 Aesthetic Center and 1 Fresh Pasta Workshop where Mrs Tiziana, owner, prepares fettuccine, ravioli, lasagne, cannelloni and typical sweets with amre and expertise.
