You are also only 36 km from the famous Pont du Gard, the region's Roman landmark. The large pool will refresh you in this particularly sunny region. Enjoy the barbecue on the terrace, much of which is shaded by an arbor. The interior is bright and well equipped, the furniture is of good quality, with a nice marble kitchen and a modern shower room. Montignargues is a charming hamlet in the middle of the vineyards that offers various activities: hikers can discover the splendid paths that cross the Cevennes, the preserved and wooded area, on foot, by bike or on horseback. Go canoeing on the Gardon to discover the countryside! Visit the magnificent Roman city of Nîmes, 21 km away, its listed monuments such as the Maison Carrée and the arenas, the most beautifully preserved in the world, its Jardins de la Fontaine and its pleasant city centre. Then drive to Vézenobres, 18 km away, a delightful medieval hillside village easily accessible on foot after a lovely stroll through the vineyards.
