The garden has a gate which leads to the promenade, cycle path, beach and rock pools. Every child's paradise! All that is required is the weather! Troon really has its own little micro climate as it benefits from the warm gulf stream and often avoids the rain as it is situated in Arran's rain shadow. Many are amazed to find Troon dry and sunny whilst the rain is pouring down less than half a mile away! You will love watching the kite surfers flying past and the amazing sunsets.
