You will be blown away by the gorgeous Victorian architecture and the high end, industrial interior design. There is a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and bath facilities and large television for entertainment. Our home faces out into gorgeous garden views, with entertaining spaces both inside and outside of the property. You will have access to the flat and front entrance garden only. The back garden including Hot Tub is strictly for Main House bookings only. The Neighborhood: 5 minutes walking down the hill into Fowey you'll find a selection of independent shops, fresh local produce and plenty of restaurants and cafes. You can hire a boat for £20 and travel up and down the famous Fowey waters. The Eden Project is a short 15 minute drive away. The property is in an extremely quiet neighbourhood - you can hear only the sound of waves crashing at night! Please be aware of this when entering and exiting the property. Noise after 10pm is strictly forbidden. Getting Around: Parking access is located on 'Hanson Drive', follow the sign post for the 'The Old School Studios' - you may park here. Parking access is not via Daglands Rd, so don't head here on your Sat Nav! Walk through the gate across the footpath and enter the wooden gate labelled 'Old School Studio'. The flat is straight up the garden path and round to the right. Please find check in instructions on the listing :) The best way to get around Fowey is by foot. There are plenty of walking routes around Fowey with so much to see. Other Things to Note: Please note: you may see other guests staying in the main house & annexe. Please ensure not to disturb other guests and neighbours. The property is situated in an extremely quiet town. Perfect for relaxing, but not suitable for noise of any kind. Please be aware of this, when booking.
