KAURI - Luxury apartment with spa and gym

Modern and comfortable, this 3 bedroom apartment is perfect for your Morzine adventure. Named after a unique material, Kauri is generally considered the oldest wood in the world. But rest assured, your property is on-the-most-modern! It has 76m² indoor and 10m² outdoor, and was completely renovated in early 2018. As a bonus, you can relax in the loft filled with Fatboys® in the morning or after a long day skiing. The residence of which this apartment is part was built in 2018. Each property has free high-speed wi-fi (fiber) and individual ski lockers with shoe warmers. Many parking spaces and luggage storage are also available. All our beds are available in double bed (King Size) or 2 single beds. Just a walk up the private stairs, you can relax with a book in the sundrenched attic. You won't have to fight for space: there are plenty of fluffy beanbags in the cosy nook with copious natural light. Did we mention the hot tub? This apartment site has a 140 sqm wellness centre with a gym, outside jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, and an indoor pool. The home truths No home is perfect and in all honesty, here are the lowdowns of this place : - Kauri offers less natural lights than our other apartments on this site. - The wellness area is open daily from 10 am until 9:15 pm and available at an extra cost of 30€ per group per day. - No daily cleaning included.
