Villa Su Pirastu in Lu Impostu

The villa is located in Lu Impostu, a beautiful seaside resort in the municipality of San Teodoro, three kilometers from the town center, in a green area between pines and Mediterranean vegetation, just 300 meters walk from the beautiful beach of Lu Impostu. We are in Gallura, northeast Sardinia, in an area famous for its white beaches and crystal clear waters, a short distance away is the wonderful Cala Brandinchi. The villa is completely independent, has a large garden with various plants, even fruit and lawn areas. From the external staircase leads to the first floor of the house which is all on one level, the large terrace is divided into two areas, in the first there are sea beds and outdoor furniture, in the second part of the terrace an outdoor dining area with barbecue . Entering the house you enter the main room, finely furnished, with TV, table and chairs, fireplace, Sardinian style furniture, from here you go to the kitchen with fridge, freezer, four-burner stove and dishwasher. Also from the hall you can access the three bedrooms, one bedroom is double, one bedroom is twin with two single beds and one bedroom is single, in the middle of the three bedrooms there are a bathroom with toilet and sink and a second full bathroom with toilet, bidet, shower and sink. The villa is immersed in the green of a large pine forest, it characterizes the tranquility, the access reserved only for residents, the ease in moving on foot to the seaside resorts. Here are some tips to discover the area: La Cinta, a thin and long stretch of golden sand embraced by the blue and crystalline sea, Cala Brandinchi, a white coastline and waters similar to tropical paradises renamed, not surprisingly, Tahiti, Lu Impostu, his natural continuation, the magnificent Marina di Puntaldìa with its modern marina and the caribbean show of s'Isuledda. They are the symbolic beaches of San Teodoro, a renowned tourist center, particularly loved by young people for its summer nightlife, whose territory also boasts other famous coastal pearls: it is impossible not to visit also Cala Ginepro, bay perfumed by the Mediterranean bush, Coda Cavallo beach , which will open your eyes to the majesty of Tavolara and its protected marine area, Cala Ghjlgolu, which will surprise you with a rock shaped by wind and sea in the shape of a turtle, one of the most loved natural attractions, especially by children. And then there are the less famous and equally beautiful: Baia Salinedda, Cala d'Ambra, Cala Suaraccia, Li Corri di Li Becchi, Li Marini and Seghefusti. The spectacle of the coast is completed, behind the beaches, from the lagoon of San Teodoro, a resting place for pink flamingos during migratory periods and residence of the Italian knight, an ideal place for walking and birdwatching. Known in Gallura as Santu Diàdoru, the village is inhabited by just under five thousand residents in winter, animated by tens of thousands of tourists in the summer. The center took life in the seventeenth century, in the immediate hinterland on the eastern slopes of the massif of Mount Nieddu, when shepherds and fishermen populated the beautiful portion of land, however, frequented since prehistoric times. The nuraghe of the Naracheddu village is the most important testimony. There was a town inhabited even in Roman times: the archaeological finds are documented in the Maritime Museum.
