This four bedroom home has all that you need. Luxury bedding, a designer kitchen with open plan living with raked ceilings, a breezway house with breathtaking water views. Wake up to spectaular views of the bay from the King size bed in the master bedroom. Master has twin shower ensuite, toilet and walk in robe. Bedroom 2 has a quality Queen ensemble bed and private courtyard providing fresh breeze. Bedroom 3 also has a private courtyard and two king single ensembles which can be configured as a king bed or two singles. Bedroom 4 has a king single with an additional trundle (makes a King), plus 2 sofa-beds. Main bathroom features a simple but elegant walk-in shower and toilet. Additional sleeping available from a foldout double sofa bed in family room. The house is located on the hill above the Tangalooma Resort just ten minute walk down to the beach and the resort. Guests have full use of all Resort Facilities including Tennis, Squash, Archery, Swimming Pools, mini golf and many more activities. Take in the nightly Dolphin Feeding. Note that you must must pay the resort if you want to feed the dolphins. Bella Vista has a great deck protected from the western sun where you can relax with music from the outdoor sound system, enjoy refreshments, and watch sunset across the Tangalooma Wrecks, Moreton Bay across to the Glasshouse Mountains. The adjoining spa deck is equipped a child-proof double-latch system and contains 4 person therapeutic spa! Cook up a feast in the designer open plan granite and stainless steel kitchen equipped with a built in coffee station and large plumbed refrigerator/freezer with auto crushed ice and water. Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, convection microwave/grill, gas stove, oven, coffee machine, plenty of pots, pans, crockery and glassware. Or if you prefer a simple BBQ, a Weber BBQ is available to connect to the built-in gas port on the deck. The open plan living on one level provides massive living, dining and seating space. Two separate lounge spaces allow for different activites. Dine inside or outside on the deck. Home theatre in living area with large screen TV set into wall with surround sound speakers. TV is easily viewed from all seating areas. Golf buggies can be hired through the Resort. TERMS AND CONDITIONS GUEST NUMBERS & LINEN The number of occupants must not exceed the number of persons shown on your confirmation. Any increase in numbers must be agreed in advance in writing and may incur an additional fee. Bed linen and one set of towels are supplied for each bedroom. Plus 6 spa towel. Additional can be arranged for a cost of $15 per person, however guests may bring their own linen. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE Check-in is available from 2pm on the day of arrival, and check-out time is 9am on the day of departure.
