Located in Battersea, you are just 12 minutes walk from Clapham Junction Station, so exploring the rest of London couldn't be easier. There are excellent shops, restaurants and cafes in the area too. The Space: This is a fantastic, bright and modern 4-bed home, with homely traditional touches that make this the ideal base for your trip to London, whether you are travelling for work or leisure. With the main living space and the two main bedrooms air conditioned, this space is perfect for your stay. Ground Floor: - Large open plan kitchen and sitting area - make full use of the AGA oven and cook up a feast, or relax in front of the TV after a day exploring (has AC) - The living area overlooks the charming, carefully curated garden, a wonderful spot for a morning coffee (or evening glass of wine!) - Dining area that can seat 8 people (it is a little tight but is possible!) - Formal sitting room, lovely for socialising First Floor: - Small twin bedroom, cosy and comfortable - Bathroom with shower - Master bedroom with king Sized bed, AC, and an ensuite shower room Second Floor: - King sized bedroom (can be made up as a twin on request) - Bathroom with bath and overhead shower - King sized bed with ensuite shower room (has AC) Battersea is a hidden gem in the London landscape. Just under 15 minutes to Clapham Junction Station, one of the best transport hubs in the whole of London - you can be at Waterloo in less than 15 minutes!! The Northcote Road boasts an extraordinarily vast selection of bars, restaurants, cafes and pubs. From family friendly burger restaurants to fun and fancy wine bars, you can find everything you need right on your doorstep. Restaurants and bars are interspaced with brilliant shops. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire house, except for the back of the cellar and some cupboards which will be marked. Other Things to Note: Please note that all our cleaners are in Personal Protective Equipment and they use the appropriate cleaning materials and disinfectants. Please note that we provide shampoo, shower gel, soap and loo roll for the beginning of your stay and not for the entire duration. Please keep in mind that each home is unique – as you are staying at someone else’s home and not a hotel, the space and amenities will be different at each place. Please treat the home with the respect that you would treat your own, we dedicate a lot of time and care to it, so please respect the rules, the space and the neighbours. We would really appreciate if you tell us about any damage or breakages so that we can deal with these issues as soon as they arise. The property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hired hotel-quality linen to prepare the beds. This also includes clean towels, bath mat and a kitchen cloth. For bookings longer than 10 days we charge a mid-stay clean. This is the same cost of the standard cleaning fee and it includes linen and towel change. If you require more cleans please let us know as this can also be arranged. Please check prior to booking if you will be checking in outside check in hours as a charge may apply. A late check-out is sometimes possible for a fee of 50% of the nightly rate. Interaction with Guests: I am available by phone, email, message, and in person if needed.
