Join us for a peaceful farm stay within 30 minutes from anywhere in the Columbus Metro area. This historic farmhouse is nestled on 176 acres that have been in the Shelly’s family for over 200 years. The schoolhouse features an 1800 one-room schoolhouse with modern farmhouse decor. Original details and charming updates will make you feel right at home. The porch calls out for you to relax or enjoy a quiet summer evening. The property has easy pull off the road parking in the front. Original staircase in private entrance. Each private non-smoking room and bath includes lock/keys. A shared common loft includes books, games, mini fridge and couches. In addition to their private bedroom and bathroom, guests may access the porch and most of the surrounding grounds (unless there is a scheduled event). Continental breakfast with coffee and fresh baked goods. No kitchen Access. We are available for check in and live on the first floor. We leave interaction up to our guests and are just a phone call away if any need arises. Shelly grew up in this house and has lived in this community for over 45 years. We love meeting new people, socializing and sharing local hospitality in the Columbus metro area but also respect our guests desire to be on their own. Let us know if we can assist you.
