***Due to the corona virus we want to inform you that we are doing our best for a deep cleaning and sanitized application*** Our new private villa is located in Karavados, a peaceful village with nice view, only 5-10 minutes next to the finest beaches of Lourdata, Trapezaki, Agios Thomas and 15 minutes from Ai Helis, Avithos, Makris gialos. Is suitable for families, as it has 3 bedrooms and a large sofa that sleeps 2 people, in a total of 8 people. Also, there are 3 large bathrooms and a small one next to the living room. The villa is only 1 minute by car or 3 minutes on foot from mini market, restaurant and cafe. There is a large private swimming pool with jacuzzi in side. Also there is a whole kitchen - barbeque next to the swimming pool and large space full of grass, appropriate for kids. The view is charming from the 2 balkonies of the second floor and there is a whole closed veranda for relaxing at every hour of the day. The villa is in a large plot closed around with full privacy and is suitable also for small events & weddings There is free wifi / satellite tv / Full equipment kitchen / Lawdry / baby nursery We offer you free of charge, eggs and some fruits from our garden inside the plot.
