Fully equipped with all modern appliances including a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave and electric oven/stove. LIVING Open plan living room with flat screen TV & DVD and reverse cycle air-conditioning. OUTSIDE Private courtyard with gas BBQ (Weber) and outdoor setting for 6. LINEN Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels. PETS This property is NOT suitable for pets. OTHER Garage is NOT for guest use however there is a council car park directly across the road. SECURITY BOND A bond of $500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept VISA or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners). ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests. PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted, forfeiting their full tariff and bond. RATES & AVAILABILITY The rates displayed are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods and weekends incur a surcharge. PLEASE NOTE Christmas, New Year and early January: 7 night minimum stay; Easter: 4 night minimum stay; Long Weekends and late January: 3 night minimum stay.
