Villa Margarita 1, a huge villa with private pool

Margarita Villa 1 is a huge and tastefully decorated villa, located 2.5km away from the sandy beach and 7km away from the picturesque city of Chania. Galatas, the closest village, is a suburb of Chania and a place where you can find everything - mini markets, a bakery, a butcher shop and some taverns. The area is peaceful and the villa offers 360 degrees views, as it is located on the top of a hill. The 4 level villa is an impressive construction with balconies all around. However, the huge infinity pool will catch your eye! There are sun loungers and umbrellas around it for relaxing moments. On the side of the house, next to the pool, there is a barbecue and an outdoor dining table. Next to the villa there is a big parking area. The main entrance of the villa opens on the second level, which is the pool level. The first thing you will see is the formal dining set; the kitchen is on the right and the sitting area on the left. One bathroom is found on this level. On the third level there are 2 bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom. There is one more bathroom on this level. Each of these bedrooms has 2 balconies.
