The space The modern and luxurious villa stands proudly in a paradise olive grove in the beautiful village of Nopigia in Kissamos, offering easy access to many traditional villages, as well as the emerald beaches of Falassarna, Balos and Elafonisi, the hot spots of Crete! This villa, located in the most private position of the three-villas complex, is "bathed" by the sun rays throughout the day, until the magical sunset hugs it, offering to the guests a spectacular scene! The unique views, the beautiful Mediterranean garden and the unique architecture with a blend of elegance in all spaces, are the highlights of this villa. Split in two levels, the interior of the villa (120 sq.m.) is decorated with light colors and modern furniture, offering the ultimate relaxation! Entering the ground floor, we find a super modern living room and kitchen with dining area, in the colors of white and vivid red. The modern kitchen offers all necessary facilities in order for you to spend endless hours of cooking for your family and friends! From this area, is offered access to the main terrace of the villa, as well as magnificent sea view, which you will enjoy while you are preparing your delicacies! The living room with the comfortable large sofa, elegantly decorated in soft colors, features a modern fireplace, LCD TV with DVD player, books and board games. A huge wall-to-wall window offers view to the entire pool, giving the sense that it is placed in the living room! The big balcony door leads to the pool and the central veranda! The veranda is very spacious, equipped with a dining table, perfect for the whole family to gather and experience unique moments accompanied with incredible sea and sunset views! Back to the main interior, the villa features a a unique architectural element: a glass corridor connects the living room with the area of the bedrooms to the rest of the house. The corridor, as a bridge, is placed over the pool and allows the illumination come inside. Imagine it, when lights of the pool, during the night, are changing colors! At the end of the corridor, you will find two bedrooms and the main bathroom: the Master bedroom features a king size bed with super anatomic mattress and high quality linens and bed covers for ultimate relaxation. A modern sitting area at one corner, beautiful paintings and tasteful decorative items create a hospitable atmosphere! The second bedroom has two single beds of ergonomic hotel type, that can be adjusted in one king size bed. It is decorated in light colors, with direct view to the impressive glass corridor! Both bedrooms offer access to a balcony with outdoor furniture and view to the pool area and the wonderful sunset. The elegant and luxurious Master bathroom, which serves the two bedrooms, features a bathtub with shower. Descending to the lower level, there is a second sitting area with a comfortable sofa-bed for the 7th guest, as well as the third bedroom with king size bed and a modern, en-suite bathroom. The guests staying in this floor are going to enjoy also a relaxing and restful stay! Furthermore, a utility room with a washing machine and iron with ironing board is an extra facility for even more comfort!
