A beautiful & spacious 4 bedroom apartment (150 Sqm) with 3 bathrooms + amazing 40 sqm of sun balcony facing a beautiful garden , located on the 2nd floor with an elevator in a boutique building in the best location in Green Herzliya. Max 6 sleeps. All ages are welcome (babies and children are count as adults). (Near high tech area, Kfar Shmaryahu, Herzliya Pituach) ​ The location : Near IDC university, across Herzliya park, 1Km to Herzliya mall and Herzliya train station, 2.5-3 Km to all Herzliya beaches. ​Maximum occupancy: 6 guests Extra guests charge : over 2 guests max 6 sleeps - we charge a daily fee per each guest per night (all ages counts) Interaction with the guests: There is a code door to enable the guests to have an option for self check in at any time. We can meet the guests upon check in and check out and whenever they need anything we can be reached on (by email or telephone given to them once they book the property) We will send you a code on check in day. The apartment: Spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a bar high table, a huge sun balcony facing a green garden, dining table, 3 full bathrooms, fully AC. 4 bedrooms ( for maximum 6 guests) The base rate is for up to 2 guests only. The first 2 guests are included in the base rate. Any extra guest is charged 25-30$ per guest per night (all ages are charged). Please set the exact number of max guests that will stay at the apartment to get the correct offer. Electricity is charged as extra (according to meter reading). 4 Bedrooms: **1 master bedroom with a queen size (160/200) bed & a bathroom (shower), **1 double bedroom with a Queen bed (160/200) **1 double bedroom with 1.5 bed (120/200) **1 double bedroom with 2 single beds (90/200) 3 Bathrooms: 1st - A Main bathroom (bathtub) 2nd - A Master bathroom (shower) 3rd - A bathroom with a shower next to the 2nd queen size bedroom. Location: Herzliya Park (Herzliya West) Accessibility: Yes Extra charges (Cleaning fees & Electricity): Weekly cleaning: mandatory fee over 10 nights stay, will be charged upon check in (NOT PROVIDED DURING COVID19 year). For longer stays over 10 days stay - one cleaning visit per week will be added to the total (3-4 weekly cleanings per month) and will be charged upon arrival 120-150$ depends on number of guests. Final cleaning: will be added to the total price for all reservations 240$-320$ depends on num of guests. Electricity: is charged according to meter reading upon check out (0.9 ILS per 1 KW). Extra guests charge : over 2 guests - we charge a daily additional fee per each guest over 2 per night (all ages) The rate is set according to number of guests and it is important to inform us before check in of any changes to the declared num of guests so we can prepare the apartment for you and update the rate. Extra bedding and towels are charged separately. one set of bedding for each bed is provided in the room rate. Minimum stay: During the year (except summer and holidays) - min 14 nights stay. During Holidays (Passover, Christmas, Sukkot ) and Summer vacation(July& August) there is minimum of 14 nights stay. Check in on Saturday is possible only if you book Friday night as well.
