Comfortable 3 bedroom cottage on 50 acre sheep farm and vineyard accommodating up to 7 guests. Two queen, one double and one single bed. Very well equipped country kitchen. Have beakfast on the wide verandah overlooking the property, vineyard and valley. Walk down to the creek and enjoy a picnic and drinks overlooking the creek. Pat Kevin, our pet sheep, collect the eggs and feed the chooks. The cottage is located only 7ks from Lake Eppalock and close to the vineyards in Axedale and Redesdale. Just 10 minutes towards Heathcote is the start of the renowned Heathcote wine region. For golfers, the 18 hole Axedale Golf Course is only 3ks away. Bring your mountain bikes and ride along the O'Keefe Rail Trail from Axedale to Bendigo. Or just come and competely relax on the very private and picturesque sheep farm. Sorry, no pets and motor bikes allowed. Tariff includes breakfast provisions for first day. We have implemented an enhanced cleaning program using professional cleaners and there is a minimum of 2 nights between stays.
