No Smoking inside the apartment or common areas of the building. There is a $500 fine for smoking. Clean linen and towels are supplied on arrival, however weekly change over of fresh supplies can be arranged at time of arrival. A cost of $100 per change over applies. The apartment sleeps up to 8 persons. Surcharge applies for groups larger that 6 guests.
